I turned in my Resignation today.

Today was a bittersweet day. I enjoy my job, and its an easy job with good pay. I get along great with my boss and co-workers and have fun. But I think (and I hope Jason thinks) that this will be a very special opportunity for Lily and I and even Jason.

I know we won't be able to afford as much luxury items as we'd like but I think being with Lily while shes growing up will be the best LUXURY anyone could ever ask for.

Please pray that this is the right decision for our family. I also wanted to let everyone know that my boss requested that I give a 4-6 week notice and I complied. My last day here will be March 28th. They were also wondering if I could be 'on-call' for when they have employee shortages and busy times. I told them Yes. So I will still be working some and I also plan to sell my hairbows and substitute teach. (But not on a Full Time basis.)

Thank you for your prayers and I am just ecstatic to be able to spend Lily's toddler/kid days at home with her and to be a good 'housewife'. Until then, keep up the prayers- OVER AND OUT
Ashley

That's so exciting! It is wonderful to get to stay at home, and worth it! I have a friend that subs at Busy Bees in Farmington and she gets to take her little ones with her for free. She said it's a lot of fun, so that might be a good option (you may have already looked into it).
